Eligibility

We offer certificate courses in various fields like healthcare, hotel and catering, engineering, information technology, manufacturing and others.

Canada is a technologically developed country, and they place so much emphasis on hands-on experience otherwise called practical experience. It is worthy of note that Canada values certificate courses especially from Canada than Bachelors and Master of Science, and PhD

  • Age bracket is between 18 -29 years
  • Good WAEC/GCE/NECO
  • Secondary school graduates, Bachelor of Science and Master of Science, Bachelor of Art, OND, HND and others.
  • First Degree certificate or your certificate result
  • International Passport.
  • Evidence of having 30% of total school fees presented in a statement format. ($5,500= N6,545,000). The loan covers 70%. It used to be 100% but because some students, having arrived in Canada will not resume in school and will not pay the loan, so to make them financially committed, they are required to pay 30% upfront which has systematically made students to be committed.

Admission Stage

The following documents are required for this stage:

  • International Passport
  • CV/Resume
  • WAEC/NECO/GCE
  • Statement of account having a balance of N6,545,000.00
  • Certificate Result for Secondary, first degree or second degree.
  • Transcript from Secondary if you have only Secondary School certificate. Not compulsory for university applicants
  •  Transcript from universities for university applicants.

 

School Fees Loan Stage

Remittance of the 30% to Financier for them to remit 100% to the school. Then you will be issued a Provincial Attestation Letter which is a principal document required by the Embassy, an evidence of the fact that you are fully financially committed and ready.

Provision for Living Expenses evidence

This can come in three ways:

  • It can be secured via a loan from our financier.
  • It can be financed via a loan from Nigeria
  • You can provide the cash amount to be remitted in your name in a Canadian bank.

This is a very important part of the process as it certifies the fact that your comfort is guaranteed and that you will not be a burden on anyone. 

Apply for Visa Stage

At this point, our partner’s immigration consultant will take care of the process with our firm support to push your case through. All required documents will be forwarded to the immigration consultant based in Canada who will do a thorough check and submit. You are also at liberty to use other immigration consultant if you choose to. Immigration Consultant’s fees is $600 (N714,000). Easylife will give you the required support at this stage, liaising with the consultant and your good self to ensure a smooth sail.

Secure your Visa and Departure

This is the final stage where your visa is approved, and you buy your ticket and depart for Canada.

Eligibility: BSc, masters, OND, HND and Secondary School graduate

HND graduates can go for Certificate Courses. It is worthy of note that certificate courses are more valued in the advance world than degree courses. It is more of a focus group where knowledge is focused on a particular area.

 

Secondary Schools graduate, OND and HND, Masters can go for certificate courses. For Master, we call it Post Graduate Certificate Courses

Can you travel with family?

 

No, but once you are there, they can come visit you later, and you can also invite them after getting your Permanent Residence permit, which is very certain for the age bracket of 18 to 29 years

 

 

What does the loan cover?

 

The loan as earlier explained covers tuition, it can also cover accommodation, transportation, ticket fees and other sundry expenses. Student: Financier ratio is (30%:70%). 70% is the loan amount whether for school fees alone or for living expenses loan.

 

 

I have admission from a school already, what do I do?

 

Send a copy of your admission letter to us to proceed from there. 

 

 

Can I process for the admission and loan approval while I do the visa myself?

Yes you can.

Are we financing directly ?

No, we are not, but we have financiers with whom we have signed contracts, and they have mandated Easylife Travels to guarantee them students.

 

How do I go about Visa processing

We have also had agreements with our financiers that their visa processing agent will process visas for any of our students. However, this is optional as each client/student can proceed to process a visa on their own. The American visa processing agents do interview prep and documentation for American students, while the Canadian visa processing agent does the packaging and documentation all at a fee.

 

How long does the process take?

 

It depends on a lot of things but most importantly, your capacity to come up with the required document or information as at when needed. We can now look at a target of 2 to 4 months and so advantageous we start early. This is for admission to Loan Approval. However, we cannot determine when Canadian Embassy will reply to you but is advisable you apply early enough to avoid delays. 

 

 

Is taking the loan not a red flag to the American and Canadian government?

 

This is not a red flag at all. Loan is just like scholarship, while you pay back loan, scholarship on the other hand is free. Both also guarantee that you will not be a nuisance in their society. They absolutely do not want you to be stranded hence the request for tuition and living expenses, once these two are settled, they are guaranteed that you will not constitute a problem to their community.

Secondly, when you are funded, you become an asset to the government as you are going to the country to add value to their community in terms of spending your money.

 

What are the criteria for qualification?

 

The criteria are that you have an O-Level, otherwise called WAEC and GCE, and a first degree certificate for a Master's WAEC/GCE, and an HND certificate

Yes, Third class is allowed

What do I need to start?

To kick start the process, You need to pay the engagement fee which is N250,000.

What is the interest rate?

 

The rate is between 9 to 13% per annum. The idea is that the shorter the number of years, the lower the interest, and the longer the number of years, the higher the interest. STEM courses also attract lower interest as it indicates that you would be well paid at graduation.

 

 

When do I start to pay back?

Since you are going to have a work permit upfront, you will start paying as soon as you have a job. You will notify them that you now have a job and that you will start paying.

 

However, do not be smart not to notify them as they will make life difficult for you and this might lead to deportation if you fail to notify them because they will obviously find out as your tax will be remitted directly by any employer and the question will now be that how come you are remitting tax when you do not have a job and on investigation, they will give you serious issues.
